yeah man! also wtf has happened to cartman's voice? as the series has gone on he doesnt sound half as angry as he did! i cant stop cracking up everytime i see him shout at mr.kitty ahahha
They just developed his character, made him a bit camper, more intellectual and more sinister.. definite improvement over crude catchphrases..
Stewie on Family Guy used to be a shit character but they dropped the world domination ting and now he's just a weird gay baby, so much funnier

Stewie and Brian have got better and better in Family Guy, but as a whole I reckon it's on the downward slope... last week's was fun though, especially Meg going psycho on Lois.
If someone made Lois Griffin into a real human I'd kidnap her.

just watched both new episodes. was expecting better. the second episode isn't funny whatsoever. then i watched the episode with the dolphinplasty and everything was cool

I'm pretty sure they do still both write all the eps and do virtually all the male voices. If you watch an early episode now, Cartman's voice is pretty grating, it's now far easier on the ear.
The quality was hit & miss last series, but if you didn't laugh at the one where Cartman & Butters went to Somalia to become Pirates, you must have already blown your funny fuse
Yeah they definitely still do the majority of stuff, but there is a pretty decent sized crew as shown on DVD special features etc. I think the voice just naturally changed along with Trey Parker, they don't seem so much like kids anymore rather than adults trapped in small bodies. They were more like kids the first few seasons. I much preferred the earlier seasons, but I still enjoy it. Even the episodes I don't like that much still have some funny gags.
wow, I'm amazed that trey and matt are still involved with the production of it. I fully presumed they'd stopped because the show had got so much shitter
new one (homophobe. mcfartypants or whatever) was even shitter than the last one! seriously disappointed with how south park has gone. I laughed like...once, during the whole episode. there seems to be no direction to the episodes any more.

super weak
I agree, the last 2 episodes weren't funny at all, i laughed 2 or 3 times & thats while i was high as shittt hope next episode doesn't suck as much balls as these 2 episodes did.
I enjoyed the 2 episodes myself, I never really used to like South Park much until season 5 onwards. I still find the new South Park infinitely funnier than the newer Family Guy episodes for example and the only things that i can really sit through without so much as smiling though are the new Simpsons episodes (the older episodes are still awesome but now it just seems to revolve around celebrity appearances with piss poor writing) and the Cleveland Show (I'm not sure if i'm the only one here, my friends seem to find it funny, but all i really got was the strong impression that they were trying too hard). Family Guy still makes me laugh but in no way as much as it used to, it seems as if everything else has been rapidly declining in quality while South Park has been improving alot. I think i love the way it does social commentary more than anything.

I missed last week, but tonights Medicinal Fried Chicken episode was good. It was a Randy Marsh episode which are usually some of the best ones IMO. I don't think any of the main boys got but 1 or 2 lines in except Cartman.
