A few quick comments from my side:

@upstateface
Try using a little panning to place the hi-hats appart. Also they can use a bit of. Also your wobble sounds a bit standard. I Like the rhythms and atmosphere.

@soulshynchyld
It sounds like a triphop track. Not sure if I like the distorted bass sound around 1:52. Its a bit thin and low on volume. Also I miss a sub, but it could be on purpose. In general I Liked it more after listening to it a few times :)

@Karanp
Your kick sounds thin. But other then that the drums and sfx are sweet! I really like the minimalistic jazzy mood of the track.

@phraktol (first track)
Holy shit! Arrangement, basline etc. are killer. But song also sounds very muddy. There are also quite a few occasions were the bass sounds overdistored.

@redjuan
Nice moody track. I think it could use a sub. Also your drums could use mixing. For example your snare sounds to soft.

And a track I'm currently working on. Still need to figure out an intro and break etc. Comments appreciated. Will return the favor.

soulshynchyld wrote:codezero-- not too bad ay bro, its way too clean to put that bitchushed mid bass thing in ay, maybe dampen it abit or that main violiny thing that ur using could be highpassed hard & abit of resonance added to it too add abit more dirt factor. tweak it hard & make em work together better ay. nice drums tho.

imperial-- that alarm sound killed ya track ryt at the start, maybe ya should steer away from panning effect untill ya have the sound sorted, its makin me dizy ay. work on ya mixdown. everything is standing out too much in the track.. but ay.. good effort.
i have to say that i was expecting alot more by the track name...shapeshifta, have you listened to shapeshifter?? def my favovite d&b group. kiwi rep hard!!

redjuan-- nice intro, but the gain structure is abit too full on, with that kinda ambient track...turning shit down alot will do wonders, & its way too muddy, eq that bass. i would highpass it all the way to 75k or less. the elements are there, just turn everything down & sort it

any1 hu comment on ma tracks always gets feedback & if ya dont leave feedback to any1 when ya post.. i wont even listen to ya track, just like i say to ya mum, stop trying to just get off, let me get some sucki sucki too!!!hahahhaha

heres 1 i gave life to yesterday. im goin through a stage of mellowasfukness, so here it is...

Nice tune man, i never really see you get the mix wrong anyway haha. I see this getting better with time though :D keep working at it!

Made this today in a rather disorganized way but I think it turned out okay. Drums need to be chilled out in the beginning, missing some cymbals after the drop, but check it out.

Fat horns and wobbles and bazz.

wag-- i feel ya intro is too low ay, make it abit brighter. also those lix could be turned up abit ay.
im likn those wobbles. @1.00 i feel the gat sound isnt quite right for the track. sooo.... work on ya eq & see how ya get on from thea!! nice.

xstrizle-- get those lix in on the mix abit more, dosent quite sit right; maybe alittle reverb & turn it up. i love the way it says gota drop it at the drop... but that drop isnt quite what ya would xpect. work on some bass wobbles mayb, & ya could do with a bassline in there hard. im real digging what your getting at...but your not quite thea!!

graftek-- man i like this hard bro... mayb you could leave out some of those synths everyonce & awhile just so theres something to wait for. sooo-- make it less busy, add ya breaks, work that arrangement.... it could b off the hoof if you bring things in properly, subtle changes stop ya from havin to loop!!!chea

i fixd up the mix, alot of shit i wasnt happy with, guna get a chick to sing some soul/jazzy vox on it next week & itll b complete!!
i know its not really dubsteppy yet. but im guna give it a makeover & it will fit the genre 2 a degree. CHEA

I'm actually liking this quite a lot haha, really nice atmosphere to the whole thing. But i think there could be a bit more energy when the bass comes in, maybe hi-hats? Either way, its good.

Soundcloud

added some sax, and "poet stress" from the dsf sample pack :lol:

those samples arent quite hitn ryt. & at the end of them i would fade out, stops that clip ay. turn that volume on the shakes up abit with a slight reverb also. kick is nice, do something with the snare. a lil piano would go down nice. chea brutha

i agree, the samples need sorting out, perhaps abandon the samples and recreate the sound with a synth ? it will sound more natural/maybe natural isnt the right word but you get when i mean
heres my first shot at autonomic DnB

@ wag
i liked the intro, thought the hat could of been of been different, but its a minor thing in terms of the drums since you can only hear them on the intro. the sample is sick, the drop is heavy but i think the synth on the bassline should by lowered a bit to really make you shit yourself. also i think theres a bit too much compression, everything sounds a bit cramped. other than though its very decent, big up

@ soulshynchyld
loving the intro, the sounds work very smoothly together. but i really think you should of gone a different way with the drums, the pattern itself is ok but you should of maybe used some reverbed hats and a clap instead of a snare. didnt feel the drop, the bassline seems a bit gimmicky but the drums are funky. the outro is smooth but again the drums really dont suit it i dont think. just my opinion. maybe you should have different drums for the intro and those heavier drums for the drop. thats what id do, but again thats just me :)

@ bong
the intro drums are sick, vocal sounds cut in nicely. drop is oh my fucking god my face has melted. that would absolutely destroy the dancefloor. second drop is a bit too violent for me, thats just me though. overall yeah its heavy, big up.

heres mine im still working on it, let me know what you guys think, peace!
