Traktor scratch Pro

Post by Plasticsun » Thu Apr 01, 2010 11:11 pm

well, hi DSF :t:
Ok so i've been bedroom djing for about half a year now.
My setup id like traktor pro and the reloop digital jockey control edition.
but to be honest, im starting to feel like a joke, sitting there with my lame little box and, well, i guess you know how it feels :u: .
So i have been thinking to get myself a DVS.
And since i already have traktor pro, i thought it would be fancy to just buy the upgrade, since i already know the software, and i like the interface a lot!
So what i am really asking is, is it good? I love the programme, but i have heard that it is a bit unstable? any thoughts on this?
i must say that i would prefer traktor over serato at any time (and these are the two major products as i get it).

Oh yeah, and i know this has probably been covered a couple of times, but please go easy on me :)

But can anyone tell me more about the stability of this system, some say that serato is more stable, but to me serato looks like som ugly 80s futuristic software which cant do anything but looking ugly and play tunes. I would rather go for traktor, but if i shouldnt then let me know. And let me know why

I've been using traktor for over a year and I think its good, its got loads of features and effects which are useful. I've got TSP with the Audio 8 soundcard, you can get the TSP Duo pack which is wicked value for the money if you want to mix with no more than 2 decks.
