Will this be a one off or each week? A one off or every now and then sounds fun you know. But I love the vibes with you guys and like Mike says nobody feels the need to play a certain genre because were all open minded about it.

def man. i love the vibes too, and i think i will go on doing this anyway on wednsdays... just way too cool with you guys.

the other show would be preferably biweekly or monthly. most important: regular. and i mean regular. i would lvoe to have a 2-3 hour thing. wills tart anyway a bit early (time shift). i will tehn move my guests to this show. the one on wednsdays will be more of a showcase and fun  (tho both will be fun for sure)

and after these 2-3 hours, it would be good if someone could go on with the similar vibe. meaning, absolutely open minded to any bass music, just not too aggressive/fast

heh i used to mix like mad including netradio with guests prolly 2-4 mixes a month and netradio
used to do guest slots and tagging along with some 8-10 hr sessions like autechre have done, but top rated shows for stations. in a club or booking i'm kinda forced to conform which is my point, don't wanna see dsfsessions go that route when it's free spirited in nature. it'd be cool for timeslots hell i'd appreciate that but forcing a genre or bpm on someone imo is kinda lame, leaves no room for open interpretation which is what i hope its going for.

i'm with you! 100%.
no forcing at all!
and the bpm thingy was dumb anyway. there are loads of interesting 'so called deep' things far aaway from 140. so fuck this. regret saying this  and genrewise i'm open as you might know (inviting soon an artist who has already few releases on vinyl. he does amazing live sessions with just analog hardware....)

important for me is:
bass heavy, dubwise.

but to come back. i said all this just for one reason: it's for that place... just want to avoid that heavyest dnb being played out then (Anytime else, ez...) coz, as i said, they will switch off i think. and that would be a pity because i'm sure tehre are djs in here who anyway love to select dubwise, bass heavy and low stuff, would be a change for that someone too.

but if you feel or think that this will change the idea of the dsf sessions show then i'll let it be. was in the end just an idea

heh def down with that man, don't know if it was personally directed, but i play the heavy dnb shit because well locally and besides a few other gigs i'm not allowed or i clear dancefloor heh and i def am a fan. just shame its frowned on besides a few small packets of people in the scene...

I want to see DSF sessions set up as a proper radio station like Sub FM, so that different DJ's can do different time slots whenever... Although I agree with it temporarily being on day a week at a dedicated time to help attract more numbers to the same place, it would be awesome to just lock in and hear a DJ doing something whenever I have the spare time to lock in...
This would help Phrex's problem a lot too because he could dedicate a time slot playing certain music for reasons such as his bar/coffee shop one!

But I'm aware these things take time and money, would be awesome if somebody had a good think about it, maybe more than one person to help chip in for the financial stuff... And even plan how to make an income from it with advertising etc.

Anyone who asks me gets there own stream page as a child of the master /dsf-sessions... Oh and they can tsream in hq where supported... what more you want? Shoutcast would require a domain, ect, it wont be sub.fm, but it could be crazy community streamizm.
