I've just attempted to make my first omelette, though as I added the eggs, I was scared, yes scared they would stick to my wok, so I moved them about abit, and it ended up more like scrambled eggs... fuckin sexy

3 eggs
lea and perrins
paprika
piri piri salt
butter
mushrooms
pepper
onion
garlic

I'm gonna be making these all the fuckin time!
