In depth Tutorials

Post by inFormant » Thu Apr 08, 2010 3:42 am

Any tutorials that explain wobble bass farther than just lfo --> filter cut off --> wump wump shit?
I really need to create some more interesting stuff, but I'm tired of short tutorials and lame ass youtube videos.

Please!!

Trial and error is the best way to learn.

Its actually as easy as that, just use different filters and cutoff points, interesting LFO automation..

You won't get the sound you want straight away, I bet 90% of people who make that wobble stuff don't even have a sound in mind, they just tweak shit till it sounds good.

Notch filters with low Q sound pretty cool. Maybe staggering the attacks on your 3x osc too... so forth... Theres always filling in the voids you find on youtube ... someones gotta do it :)
