Dubwoofa consistently puts out some 'chilled' tunes. Also keep up with everything on Apple Pips, Tectonic, Hot Flush, Hessle Audio, and Punch Drunk.

The Clubroot stuffs are chilled out and sooooo sweet
And James Blakes' tings also
In a different way but very relaxing too there's Bonobo work
(and the "Carboot Soul" Ep from Nightmares on Wax... one of the chilling classic for me)
