anyone know if it's possible to resize a gif to fit an avatar, and how one might go about doing so? many thanks in advance from a grateful luddite.

when i do it this way it turns the file to a jpeg so i lose the cool animation...

Thought it was a bit ridiculous keeping Hartley as my avatar considering that he has moved to the Midden. At least he didn't go to Shitebrox I suppose. Mad Vlad seemed that natural successor tho Paul's long reign.
