another "how do i make this kinda wobble"

trying to make a wobble kind of similar to the one used in the song "ganja" by sukh knight http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s2ZCk59-R10 really starting around 27 secs or so.

and before i get flamed about using the search button!!!!! i did, didnt find anything similar to this

I've got absolutely no idea how sukh did it, but you should look into automation in your daw. Extremely powerful.
