same here!! we 're growing as much vegetables as we can in our garden and greenhouse. It 's healthier + the taste is unequalled
I do have to admit that a vegetarian diet ain't good for everyone! It seems to be going ok for me, but for others it might not. In the East they 'd say that it all depends in your constitution ... Some will benefit from a strict veggie diet, others might need meat/fish/dairy once in a while.
Daily consumption however is bad, no doubt about it!!

veggie-ism has come up a LOT in my life recently. I'm very seriously considering it.
My wife's family is Spanish though, which in this case means a lot of meat, which would make it hard at holidays, lol
but there are soooo many good reasons to do it.
Maybe I'll got eat a couple of hot dogs this weekend, then call it quits on the flesh

you can do it! i am mexican (which means you eat everything from the rooter to the tooter) and have been veg for 10 yrs, my family has always accommodated me during the holidays w/ ease. i.e. they will make 100+ pork tamales and make like 15 cheese ones.
