For Dubbage this week we have a special performance DL and Elijah Divine who have been going under the name "Philaments". Accompanying them will be MC Scorpio and Dwight on the Jazz Guitar. They wanted to bring a drummer too, but I told them there was not enough room. The drums would probablly get ruined anyway, and we wouldn't want that! DL is the man on the cut and is going to be bringing it back oldskool longside the one and only Elijah Divine. This is going to be sick! I can't wait to see what this group has in store for us!

This friday 12/11 we have some "super ridiculousness sessions" for ya! For special guests this week we have
ELZWERTH & KULARA. There will be dubstep, I assure you....but these two guys will probablly be taking it up a notch!



Elzwerth is known to drop a mean selection, crossing through, and tearing apart all the boundaries of dnb, jungle, ragga & breakcore. This guy is always a pleasure to watch, as he rips through yer brain with some of the most intense amen crashing and junglist basslines you ever herd! Lighters up! Hands in de air! Please welcome my friend Jeff as he makes his debut at DUBBAGE! Big sound seen?





Kulara has been one to keep an eye on lately. He is constantly breaking my neck with some of the tracks that he will drop. Whether its the catchy tune from a nintendo game that you grew up with as a child, an old classic rock song all mashed up, or Paula Abdul with some vigorous amen breakcore styles in it, Kulara will be sure to give you that feeling of nostalgia!



Also on the lineup will be residents Coexist & Torrential dropping all the latest and greatest of dubstep selections! These guys have been holding it down since day one, always aim to please the crowd, and always do!

SO GROZ ALL STARS - TORRENTIAL & SYMETREX

This week we have the So Groz All Stars, representing at DUBBAGE, consisting of Symetrex and myself (Torrential). Just as a little back ground info, the term “So Groz” is an elaborate inside joke which has gotten out of hand. It has origins in the Bradley Hotel, specifically the first Revelation that was thrown there. This is a really ridiculous behind the scenes term that has evolved into Symetrex and I reppin it, and I know there are many others who shared the moment of So Groz! Basically, all jokes aside, Symetrex and I are going to blow your minds once again with the filthiest, dirtiest, nastiest, grungiest beats that we can find. We both go back a bunch of years now with dubstep, we have deep crates and an absurd taste in music! It's exciting for me to be doing a write up on the two of us right now, because we both put in a lot of hours and dedication into spreading this filth around. All crew!.....Raise em up!


COEXIST

Also on the lineup we have Coexist. He is the other resident at DUBBAGE. Nick has roots in breaks and house, and got into drum and bass in the late 90's, and these days dubstep & house . No matter what genre this guy is dropping, you know its going to be smoothed out, because that's his steez. Lately Coexist has been playing a lot of opening slots to set the tone, but this Friday he is going to close out the night! Make sure you don't miss this one!


TCC

Opening up the night we have TCC! You all know Wally and love him very much! He is finishing his finals tomorrow so as a reward he gets to play at DUBBAGE . Get there early as TCC holds it down with his “Yay! Finals are over!” session. I believe he said he was playing dubstep, but whatever he wants to do is cool with me!


SMASHTACTICS

In the middle somewhere we got Smashtactics, touchin down! Ant and I came up with the idea for Dubbage together, and he shares the passion that I do for Dubstep. Whether this guy is playin it smooth or grinding it down, Smash is constantly one to train-spot. He feels music on a deeper level than most, and its been amazing to see him evolve through these past few months at DUBBAGE. Dubstep junkies!! Don't miss this selection!

The Dubbage family is holding it down this christmas! All the foundation DUBBAGE members will be representing on December 25th, besides Algorithmic (Ben Wall). Shouts out to Ben....yo yo yo boh boh boh....too bad he can't be there for this one. This show will be special because everyone will be in the Christmas spirit, but this will also symbolize 5 months of Dubbage!! It seems like we just got started yesterday, starting from scratch, and now we built this into something really special for everyone. I thank everyone for their participation at our events week after week and I invite you to come celebrate the holidays and DUBBAGE with us!

DUBBAGE May 7th 2010....

This week we will be showcasing some of Dubbage's up and coming. Brothers and longtime dubbage supporters Smashtactics & Slop Banana will be playing under the pseudonym "Super Smash Bros". These two bros share the passion for dubstep and filth and I can guarantee that the will some choice choons!

Also on the night lets give it up for Coexist. This guy brings a truly diverse sound to dubbage, ranging from ambient-esque autonomic drum n bass to dark dubstep to U.K. funky and everything in between, expect some new and original sounds from this guy!

Last but certainly not least we've got none other than The General himself, Torrential! Co-founder and dubbage soldier since its conception, Torrential has been bringing huge sounds to the dubbage stage week after week, this guys sound it massive!! pushing the limits of bass-reception in the human eardrum, Torrential will have your heart pounding and your ass moving without a doubt, SEEN?
