Still waiting on my vinyl pre-order to arrive but got the digitals from Bleep and have had a chance to listen through a few times. It's gonna take more to completely grasp this album and I find myself wanting to listen more to get familiar. This happened to me with LA and Hud Mo's Butter as well. A completely new/different sound for a cohesive album. This is what full length releases should be. This is what makes an album last. It's interesting.

no one should ever believe any hype, just gives you expectations that can never be lived up to, therefore the end product always seems shit.

but this album, to me, is amazing.
listen to it last night trying to sleep, dark room eyes closed, headphones, it gels together into a stunning sonic cosmos, takes your brain on a journey.
at first all the elements seem all out of sync and disconnected, but really, they fit with eachother perfectly.

ambitious, deep, but the sonic quality is poor at best
