this board needs an attitude adjustment

I haven't read this board in a few days and just read through the first page. Not gonna name names, but I've honestly never seen a production forum with such a bad collective attitude, especially by so many of the regulars I see complaining about this board. Feel free to act how you want, but at the same time don't wonder why you don't see a lot of new blood on here. It's also worth thinking about why YOU post here and what your motivations are.

Also, feel free to ignore this thread; I'm only posting it because I don't want to see it go to shit and would really like to keep posting here, and I'm sure there's others who feel the same. And I'm sure I've been a dick on occasion, so I'm definitely not exempt from my advice either.

if you've only been observing this forum for a day you do have a limited perspective, no matter how accurate it may be.

my point is, you can't make everyone be good or friendly all the time, and there's no use getting all worked up over it or trying to control it. if it bothers you that much it's as simple as this: disregard the drama and take what's useful from the forum or leave. you do not have to read this forum nor do you have to be affected by the contents herein. just take whats useful. i agree that if you dont have anything nice to say, dont say anything at all (although it is pretty funny at times, and if everybody was nice all the time things would probably get pretty boring quickly) and yeah, it does suck that people around here would rather contribute bad vibes but again, it doesn't have to affect you, and you can still benefit from the rewards this forum has to offer.

If people cannot muster up a decent conversation or help or even post like a normal person, then leave... Simply just leave... Im all for a great open community on here, but why should I or anyone else have to be called names by complete idiots? The bad attitudes come mostly because people dont like the alpaca in before the lock stuff and dont want to see datsik threads when we have a sticky for that now.

But I think alot ofepople are taking outside views of marked debates with people and assuming that harmless arguement is REAL arguement. Its not. Very rarely do I see a real conflict on these boards, and thats usually just because people know each other or have encountered each toher off board.

Im not even talking about you guys... Nor have I been intimidated but, I have called people names, Not ones posted here... but in a general narrative, I mean I call someone a dick I mean the ones who are actually being dicks, not those who are actually trying to help... there is a difference between calling people a dick and calling those who are plainly acting like dicks.

I just think if people had more patience with others on here then it would be a great community... Look at Mp3Unsigned, some of the best guys I have met on there, great artists. I have heard a lot of peoples music on here and its great also, so I just dont understand why people are being jerks... if your sick of the same question being asked then just walk away from it and post nothing...
