Love making songs.
Hate having no-one to listen to them.

Love:
Making huge sub bass.
Adding tracks to Soundcloud and getting good comments of producers I admire.
Making tunes without huge snares (Who else thinks Disko Rekah would have been better without such a metallic snare?)
Hearing my good friend Phrex dj on the DSF sessions (and Flowtunes too)
Hate:
Alpacas and IN jokes.
Metallic snares
Robot sounds
Gay Remixes (we all know who I mean)

Re: Your dubstep/production loves/hates
Love: When people are feeling my tracks and I know the effort has payed off.
The feeling of forgetting the rest of the world when I produce. I just go into my own world.
Hate: When I can't get past a 16/32 bar loop or generally getting stuck in the middle of something you know has potential.
Making the sickest new tune and listening back the next day and it's awful
And I wouldn't say hate but I'm not really a big fan of claps on there own either. It does work sometimes though it really depends on the tune, just normally i really like a nice acoustic sounding snare then maybe a clap on top if it needs it.

It's all objective at the end of the day - if everyone liked one sort of dubstep it wouldn't be any fun.

Re: Your dubstep/production loves/hates
love having an idea of a track as far as synth and melody goes, and then listen to a massive track on youtube or w/e and comeback and suddenly find my work in progress to seem empty and of poor quality.
but in the end it makes me learn and work harder, gotta love that.

I love Maxi-vista because it enables me to stretch my DAW across 3 screens eventhough there are 2 computers involved
I love the tunes I have been getting from so many great producers

Hate picking the same fucking snare only because it sounds good. Sounds pretty stupid eh?

love the the vast array of music that is considered dubstep.

Hate: the over popularization of certain sounds
Hate: boring rhythms - you can bro with polyrhythms it just takes a bit of thought

Word.
although I hate it when I cram a track full of polyrhythms and other complicated details and after turning all the faders up, realize overall it sounds like the Tasmanian Devil peaking on acid.
