idea for radio channel / tracks wanted

yo all, i was thinking of starting some small radio show for producers / fans and listeners as well as promotion for pretty much england, just coz i've found it pretty hard myself to look for DJ sets for dubstep around here (i know they're posted in the events page by the way), but as well as to boost producer's viewings...
maybe you guys think its a bad idea [if it is - tell me? as its just an idea]
but i'd also need a fairly large bank of tracks, if it seems a good idea, i'll set up a dropbox..

inb4: i dont think i am a elitist or anything

edit: i know there are already stuff like kiss fm shows and mix sets,
i meant like a site with track lists and stuff and then a mix set from small producers

If it's going to be small radio show it sounds like an online radio live stream or possibly a pre-recorded stream uploaded to a website sort of like a podcast maybe. It doesn't sound like it would be all that difficult really. However if you are planning on this leading to something with a large following the hardware required to sustain a large listening base, with a live concept anyway, could get rather pricey. If it's just sort of like a soundcloud set upload or some other sort of pre-recorded rendered stream sent to another site, then that sounds a bit more manageable. Maybe elaborating a bit more on your idea will allow people to more easily form an opinion on the possibility of where this could go.

Honestly, it's not really a bad idea at all. It's always nice to have some extra possible publicity for people that truly deserve it. Even if it just catches a small fan base, every little bit helps. Some people may feel that handing out their tracks to people isn't a good idea, but I'm sure you could easily get producers to submit tracks for play.

was wonderin what you all thought about it, even for like a producer's mix as a podcast from smaller producers that want to get more promotions, hadn't really thought that much into it but seemed good to me!

hey dudes, think i will go ahead with it and make a blogspot / podcast style thing complete with mix, track list etc.
haven't decided a date, but if you want your tunes to feature in a mix (will either be 30 min or 1hr depends on how frequent i decide to do it),
