Out of Guido and deadboy I'm struggling to find good production on an R'n'B tip. Hud Mo perhaps.

Nobody's mentioned this?
You Don't Know What Love Is - 2000f & J Kamata

Not really strictly RnB but it's got autotuned vocals and such.

i really like the RnB tip as well. check out:

Synkro - Everybody Knows (reworking of Brandy's Almost Doesn't Count, amazing track!!)
Starkey - Hair Braider (unreleased but you can find it free on teh internetz)
Starkey - OK Luv
Starkey (aka MOVES!!!) - Real Talk (Starkey's Street Bass Anthems are pretty RnB inspired)
Guido's mix of Get Up is out of control
Burial - Archangel (samples Ray-J  )
Darkstar - Lilyliver (serious groove with great vox on top)
DZ - What You Won't Do For Love (ridiculously chill)

SILKIE - TEST (the absolute jam - "boy you really make me float" - one of the first songs to capture this style, as far as I know, and no one can really top the RnB vibes on this. it's a complete smash.)

And I agree the Joker/purple synth sound is very RnB inspired, as well as "You Don't Know What Love Is."

All I can say is I wish we had more Aaliyah vocals in dubstep. She is the bomb.

Thanks, dude. Can't believe I missed that James Blake track. Bringing Aaliyah back.

Already been mentioned, but Deadboy - Cash Antics is definitely on that RnB tip. Vinyl release only though.

Vaccine did a remix of "On & On" as well that she gave away for free awhile back too.

Also,

Mr. Lager - "TELL ME" - Sub Freq
Von D - "SHOW ME" - Soul Jazz
