Some of these productions honestly sound like there comin from professional producers under different moniker? A while back The Widdler actually entered one of these comps contacting me to see if producers could post and I told him it was no problem............ :o

Ah right, it's good to know it's not just me then ;) Fuckin MediaFire :u: Sometimes it's the tits and other times it's as useful as tits are at storing digital media

Ayyyy, that's nice to hear :e:
Widdler sent me his bootleg, dubbed-out-to-fuck remix of Lily Allen's "LDN" the other day and it's fuckin lush! :Z:
The almost creepy dub style compliments the vocals extremely well - to the point where if you were to hear his version first and the original second, you'd imagine that the vocals should be going for the atmosphere of Widdler's instead of the "happy-dappy" style of the original.
Cool beans :N:
Debut album "Bass, Space, Pace & Peace" out now on Methodology Recordings!
Cheers to all supporters and those who've dropped tracks in their shows!! :e:

+1 , really curious what ppl got out of the samples, I found it pretty hard to get some decent sounds out of them

Kinda worried mine'll just sound like I used loads of synths. I didn't. You'd be surprised what you can achieve with even just one random audio clip if you know how to get around your sampler....

There is an amazing variety of sounds people have managed to create from those samples. Are the sample pack comps always at this high a standard?

Some seriously good quality ting happening this month. Be hard pressed to tell it was a samplepack competition at all...

KONE's awesome, wasn't really expecting to hear something quite so out there. And ICE HOLE is like a big warm hug. Then there's 4 or 5 with really outstanding production. Can't really decide whether to vote for production quality (given that it's a samplepack comp) or new ideas (given that it's a samplepack comp)...
