Favourite Snare

Post by oscarhenson » Sun May 23, 2010 8:28 pm

simple premise: which tune in your opinion has the best snare

distance always kills it, especially in his upfront aggy stuff like twilight and traffic, and benga, especially in recent tunes like eyeTunes... but i think for me it's gotta be royal flush by headhunter... i dunno what it is, i think it might be the hihats before it, but it gets me every time

That unbelievable snare in Disko Rekkah by Loefah is deadly.
2nd is the one in Intergalactic Dub by DMZ, like collige posted.

can't say what is my favorite but i usually really like cyrus' snares. sleeper and decisions are good examples.

then there's a finnish producer called khid who makes just beautiful snares.

pretty much every snare on skream!
so crunchy yet mellow, its the little incedentals that get me though, those little hits you wait like 16 bars jus hear again and again :D
