been trying this for a while
but can't get it to happen i have put the osc1 on -24 osc 2 - 12 and osc 3 on 0 and played around with it and still can't get that growling fm sound going,

can anyone help me?
Try the modulation box, using some FM and Pos to your oscilators.... Also try doing the double filter routing thing (Scream filter ran through a daft filter is nice)... Try some of the other waveforms (brutal electro preset uses the scrapyard waveform)... Don't just wobble the cutoff, try modulating the wavetable position FM level... I learned from excision on one of the threads on here to "wobble everything"... if an LFO can route to it, try it

also, effects is the most important part to get a good "thick and montrous wobble"... massive has an effect called "dimension expander" which adds some serious thickness and trippiness, also the tube devices (brauner tube/tele tube) can add some filthiness to your sounds.... and after all that try putting some saturation or an analog warmer after the synth....

if you want TRUE filth you have to go for FM synthesis... i've made some of the gnarliest wobbles with FM8
