Tunes that go well with Nero tracks?
Hey y'all.
As a listener, my taste in Dubstep definitely veers towards dubbier DMZ style stuff and techy/experimental material ala Ramadanman, Headhunter, etc. As such, I gravitate towards tunes of that nature and sites that tend to favor them (read: Boomkat, 130BPM, etc) and radio shows that select them (Youngsta, Oneman, etc). That said, I like aggressive tear-out tunes, but a specific variety: the kind of big, synthy stuff that Nero produces.
I tend to build my sets in peaks and valleys and audiences around here tend to go nuts for wobble so I'm thinking of starting off with dubby material and slowly building to explosive tracks to end the sets. The problem is most of the tearout tunes I hear these days are full of minor key horror movie samples and (I know...) chainsaw sounds when I'm looking for stuff that's energetic but not necessarily dark. If I'm gonna play dark, I'm gonna play dubby. Plus the websites I visit tend to dismiss tear-out entirely as low-brow and not worth the time so it's hard to seperate the good from the bad...
Sooo...can anyone recommend any tunes that might work with Nero's Innocence? Or better yet, any websites that cover this kind of stuff?

For my money, Akira Kiteshi is making the most interesting jump-up stuff about
really full-on stuff that still quite dynamic and interesting.
never really listened to Nero, he's playing my student union in a couple of weeks though so maybe I should.

I know, I'm just sort of "backwards" with Dubstep: I know a ton of underground stuff but I'm not too up on the wobble side of things Caspa and Rusko aside. I know some of the artists on your lists but I can't say that I've bagged too many of their tunes of the years. Will check em out.dirt wrote: Plus many more... Nero's stuff is pretty flexible dude...
