Not to derail too hardcore but I was thinking about that earlier, even if they just had one more 2-steppy dj every like 2 bassfaces I'd be happy but there's practically ZERO future garage in LA that I can findurbannerd62 wrote:shaolinsoul wrote:About the recent music policy I do feel Pure filth is leaning more towards an end of dubstep that I find myself getting distanced to since hearing the music circa 2003. I couldnt agree more. would love to see a bigger variety in the bookings. not complaining at all, cause purefilth brings the fuckin house down everytime, but If I could give one suggestion it'd be booking a more diverse dubstep selection. would love to see some of the guys over at hessle audio, or any of the more 2-steppy/garagey oriented artists get down on that major soundsystem!

yeah, I can't find any clubs or events that push that sorta sound. hell, id love to start up a night dedicated towards it! ive met more than enough people whod be interested in getting some garage set afoot in the city of angels.honey-d wrote:Not to derail too hardcore but I was thinking about that earlier, even if they just had one more 2-steppy dj every like 2 bassfaces I'd be happy but there's practically ZERO future garage in LA that I can findurbannerd62 wrote:shaolinsoul wrote:About the recent music policy I do feel Pure filth is leaning more towards an end of dubstep that I find myself getting distanced to since hearing the music circa 2003. Hit me up bro, I live in the I.E. but used to hold down a dark garage/breakbeat techno night back in the day it was a good run, but a lot of work.urbannerd62 wrote:yeah, I can't find any clubs or events that push that sorta sound. hell, id love to start up a night dedicated towards it! ive met more than enough people whod be interested in getting some garage set afoot in the city of angels.honey-d wrote:Not to derail too hardcore but I was thinking about that earlier, even if they just had one more 2-steppy dj every like 2 bassfaces I'd be happy but there's practically ZERO future garage in LA that I can findurbannerd62 wrote:shaolinsoul wrote:About the recent music policy I do feel Pure filth is leaning more towards an end of dubstep that I find myself getting distanced to since hearing the music circa 2003.
