Is a good idea, Ive seen alot of people offer it...

Best of luck with it broski.

If you need an easy way to transfer cash paypal is definately the way to go man, if you look around google theres some solid apps you could put on a website too handle the checkout through paypal, youll need a dropbox or something for stems too

that is insanely cheap and i might try something like that. i still feel my biggest problem is my mixdowns. for that little amount of money i could get it done and either use it or not and not feel like i wasted money if i liked my mix better. its nice to have different ears on a track. i wouldnt normally really ever think of having my tunes mixed by someone else basically due to cost but for that cheap it could totally be worth it.

So is this like a casual mastering kind of thing? if so it sounds like a good idea, I'll get back to you once I've finished a few decent tracks
How does I wobbled bass?

Just to make clear, like a mastering engineer, I cant polish turds... Please try do the best mixdown you can possibly do before you send a track my way (thats if anyone does)

Yeah thanks man, thats the direction im going for. Not only is it exercising my own ability, im only asking to be paid for the time out doing so. Many people have taken my own mixdowns and 'self masters' and said that they taught it was the final product.

Just to be clear to all though, I use decent speakers, im well adjusted to them but i only use software due to my own money issues being a student and all!

Thanks again, yeah sorta casual mastering, but i ahte to throw that word in here because im not a mastering engineer, but i will be able to make them playable with commercial tracks! dont hesitate to ask questions.

wait now im confused ARE we talking a real mix job? with all the stereo stems or just the stereo stem of the finished track as a whole as some sort of premaster master thing , cuz i dont think id bother with that personally for my tracks, but if i was sending all my stems for a true mixdown thats an insane deal.

No i think i would put my back out doing that haha!

I mayyyyyyy want to do that for a higher fee, say £10. for like a 4-6 stem mixdown. How does that sound?

Well i would like the qaulity for sure, but on the other hand i wanna learn to get nice mixes myself, not that my mixes are crap but not perfect either. Not cuz i wouldn't wanna pay for it. For me it wouldn't be satisfying to let others 'finish' my tracks. There probably will be some peeps who would like this tho. My 2 cents. It will definately be a good exercise for you. good luck

ok yeah that makes alot more sense hahaha.

i do think thats a great deal on a 4-6 stem mix but again for me personally, i dont think id go for it.

good luck to ya! i definitly think this kind of service would be great for alot of producers.

depone, is the song in your sig self mastered?
ive checked out some of your unsigned material on soundcloud, and it all sounds nicely polished!

once me and impey get our next song down, i might send our mix your way for the mastering... cant say my self mastering skills are too good!

good idea anyway mate! ill be sure to get back in touch! especially if your sig is self mastered ;)

Yes it certainly is!

Thing to remember, i cant make a poor track sound golden, me and downlink spent a lot of time mixing that track perfectly before we even touched on a 'self master'

I guess what im trying to say is that i cant perform miracles, but im not a bad magician

nice man, thats a really nice mix/mastered track!
thats exactly how id like mine and impeys tracks to sound.. the one in my sig, (check it out... maybe i could send the unmastered version your way) and future tracks.

yeah man, i know what you mean about the mixing part... impey is good at mixing down for the master.. then i do it no justice with my attempted mastering!
and hahah yeah mate, our songs dont need miracles to sound good ;), just a decent mastering engineer!

id definately be willing to use your services anyway! :)

Regarding your sig track, at what point did you create the sound stage/space of your track?

Regarding your sig track, I find it hard to believe that the person/people that made that track haven't driven a motorcycle a bit too fast down Sunset Blvd through Beverly Hills at 4am after a night of chasing A class pussy.
