Exactly, but they'd probs get away with it, 'were a game show, we dont know what the contenders will use' and all that shit

ITV will have already paid money for that show though, so it's worth chasing it up, because if excision doesn't get it, it'll just be distributed amongst the members.

Excision - if those tracks are published (i.e. handled by a publisher), you're all good, the money will probably come through next year sometime. I'd imagine an artist of your profile will be published. If not though, look into it, you could get quite a tasty advance from the right publisher. If you don't wanna do that, just register with the collection agency in your country and register your tunes there.

Remember that the TV show will have already paid for the tunes, so if you don't get the money, someone else will
