I'm Alice. Just wanted to give you all the heads up on who I am & what I do

ALEXIS K (Alice Kaitlyn Luck) / Akuce / Kidsader / Sub Affair (w/ Qel-Droma [Stupid Fly])
Influenced by everything from Massive Attack, Jack White, Led Zep and Jimmy Page through to Truth, Peaches, Soundgarden and Doc Scott, Wellington, NZ based Alice has been focused on carving her own unique sound into the dubstep and drum & bass soundscapes for the better part of the last year. A self-taught producer and session musician, she also co-founded and has run "The Real Big Groove" with Nieta Moore (Spinsta) since early 2008.

Aswell as DJing and Production. Alice has written 2 short films (1 produced, 1 in production). Worked on several short films as crew, sound editor and composer. Performs as a standup comic and is currently designing a line of clothes in collaboration with Alice D to be released summer 2011 called "Alexis K does Alice D". She also volunteers her time at Radio Active (89FM) and whole-heartedly supports the LBGTIQP community.
