ALSO, The Beat!!!!! Did anyone else see them at Croissant Neuf? They were absolutely amazing!
I saw this i was smashed but yeah it was SICK!!! I'v been to see them so many times now & that was one of the best!
Anyone see Joy Orbison, Jamie XX on the thursday night? That was definately on of my highlights along with catchin Thom Yorke & Johnny Greenwood. Snoop was quality as expected. Stevie, Ahhh there was to much
I thought block9 was really well done too the sound in there was on point! Whats this radio 1 thing then? Is the Annie Mac thing?

Yeah they did the essential mix from The Hub in Shangrila. Annie Mac, Chase & Status, Skream, Toddla T. Didnt manage to stay for Toddla T tho.

Everything Magma said basically, it was fucking epic. Were you at Hyperdub for the entire thing Magma? I was there for the early part. Block9 / Shangri-La was ridiculous.

At the time, I looked like shit after drinking for the best part of a week with about 4 hours sleep, never mind the chemicals.
Normally, I'm fucking handsome..
I was towards the back for the most part near the railings, drinking strongbow, punch drunk tee on, grey Nikes, stupid teen like beard even though I'm 28.. where were you?

I saw you with the Punch Drunk T shirt on

I was central, a few metres in front of you. Adidas jumper on, pretty nice teenage beard for a 16 year old.

Haha, it doesn't take much to outbeard me
Yeah I saw you, crowd was a bit sparse wasn't it? but to be expected really with what they were clashing with. Ikonika's set was really good though.

Yeh Ikonika was heavy. It's annoying how at Jakwob the crowd was bigger than at Hyperdub.

Yeah right, I saw a 10yr with the most ridiculous screwface at the front when Jakwob was on, just as I was leaving. I also overheard someone say 'Rusko invented dubstep' about 2 mins after Jakwob came on, which was my cue to leave.

Jakwob must have played like 20 of his Ellie Goulding remixes. Was some proper youtube rave going on there. Was sat in the tent just trying to chill out while the ''kidzzz'' were all shocking out on the drone!

I was coming and going throughout the whole thing, but missed the very start thinking it'd be Terror Danjah up first so I missed Darkstar in favour of watching motorbikes on a Wall of Death. Caught the whole of Ikonika and Kode9 and then dipped out for some Stevie Wonder half way through Danjah... got back about ten minutes into Four Tet. Was kind of running to and from the back for Hyperdub as I was with my lady... Coppolla managed to rumble me having a crafty sit down during Kode9!
The Wow Stage had
amazing sound for a Glastonbury dance tent!

Not for Terror Danjah's set it seemed. Also, Funkineven's set in the Pineapple just outside had only one deck for half of it! Bare technicals...

That's Glastonbury, I'm afraid. All the best systems were in the two big tents and the afterhours bits (because they're run by proper soundsystems)... Wow Stage sounded pretty nice during Kode9 and Four Tet, though!
Ikonika could've done with a bit less Funky stuff for my liking, but apart from that Sunday was fucking mega.

I reckon that's cos of the state of the G stage last year.. anyone know about that?
tiny little stage.. almost no sub.. people at the back couldn't hear anything.. and they had nothing but dubstep and D&B artists on there.. ridiculous. glad they did fixed it up this year!
