Melodic or Uplifting Dubstep?

Post by hokiebburg » Wed Jun 30, 2010 11:15 pm

I listened to Rusko's "You're on my mind baby" the other day, and thought it was really good with the melodic flow of the background followed up by the wubs.

I'm in college and I am sick of the typical "party" music now-a-days.

If any of you all have recommendations to songs that are like I listed in the subject, but are NOT heavy dubsteppy or industrial sounding. Just easy dubstep listening you want to dance to with good vocals, etc...that I could probably play during parties or in my car and have them not think it's eccentric what I listen to hah.

Thank you :)

:u:

Stop nit-picking.

Its as simple as this. If you like it then its good if you don't then its bad.
Find music yourself. Then you increase the chance of it suiting your taste.

Nothing wrong with what I am trying to do. I have been searching around plenty. Thanks for being a contributing member to this forum.

youll notice over time that the forum is full of coments like this. Tbh i dont think dsf would be what it is without all the negative vibes it has to new posters. Its sad but true, so technically he is contributing to the forum :t: :w: :z:

Try some Swarms, Lung, Lojik (posts on this forum), Mensah

Excision also has a track called 'That Girl' which is really nice. :)

Personally find stuff like Synkro, Clubroot, Swarms, Phaeleh up-lifting with the melodic and deep bassline. Not sure if thats what you wanna hear?? I think RSD has some great up lifting tunes also.
