nah all about getting slightly toasted ciabatta, covering it in sun dried tomato paste, whacking some mozzerella on it then grilling it to make a delicious snack.

fav cheese has gotta be brie though. i actually had a dream about buying a toastie maker urely to make bacon and brie toasties literally the other night

Serious. Go to Borough Market on a saturday and go to the Compté stall and buy some.
THE most delicious cheese I have ever had.

Also, whilst you're there, go to the Raclette stall and have a toasted cheese and onion sandwich. It's h
heavenly.

Fuck brie it's all about the camembert. Buy a whole one, whack it in the oven (together with a garlic baguette) for 10 minutes at around gas mark 7. When it's started to really go gooey, take it out and place it on top of a pile of rocket, lettuce and salady stuff you like, tear off chunks of hot garlic baguette and tuck in. Proper lush and filling, I do one quite often when my mates around for film / games. It goes well with good ham or chorizo too :)
yeah i was going to say Camembert too, surprised no one has said parmesan, pretty much the staple cheese of the adams house.

don't really like british cheese, much prefer goats, sometimes feta and if it's done right halloumi is alright.

Not quite cheese, but I once had a dish which had parmesan ice shavings on it! It was literally ice that tasted of parmesan!

They're quite steep because it's a tourist attraction now.

I fucking hate Borough Market. I walk through it every day. Smells like someones done a shit at a rave.

Plus there is also a Cheese place opposite the porter and sorter towards the paul smith boutique, see if you recognise it here:

Cheese is the best thing ever

Brie (de Melun)
Camembert
Stilton, or rather Stichelton (had one with apricot in it, fucking amazing)
Mozzarela di Bufala
Gouda
a REAL Emmentaler
Roquefort
Gruyere
Feta

some favorites off the top of my head
