Is he perfect? No, but when it comes to american politics (or any politics for that matter) one ends up choosing the lesser of two or more evils. That, he certainly is.

im not a fan of any president, really, but i definitely wouldnt take that job... gah i couldnt imagine that kind of stress.

anyway, as long as Palin stays away from the white house, i'll continue to live in america :P

not because she's republican or a woman, but because her beliefs/ideals/actions/book-signing-bullshit-tours terrify me much more than Obama

Read my response to this earlier in the thread. The lesser of two evils game and being an apologist for scum just gets us more scum leadership. PS. if McCain had won, at least the hardcore critical thought and activism that had built up from bush's outlandish actions wouldn't have died when Obama was elected. We may have actually had real, affective protests, real impeachments, real peaceful actions against war. Obama held up his finger to his lips and just went shhhhhhh, your with a democrat now everything is gonna be ok. Please!

the president is a gameshow host. the gameshow host does not make any calls. the producers of this gameshow don't give themselves credit though. it's safer for them to let the scapegoat take the brunt of the backlash. then swap the scapegoat out for another one when the people have had enough.

I hope this response is a joke! Health care is pretty important, but it doesn't carry the same wait for me. The legalized torture which Obama continues to support, the endless wars, the racist middle east policies, the bank bail outs (pay offs!), the federal reserve scum, all of these things endanger myself and my family way more than like of national health care we are most certainly in serious danger in this country. Most folks I know are struggling like crazy.

'Oh but Obama promises he's gonna make life better and fix everything and get us out of wars, and he looks so friendly and is such a great speaker, let's keep trusting him till the next election and let him be. ...'

When will folks stop trusting people who lie and steal from them?

HAHAHA Classic Parson.
A flam that broke one stick which the drummer promptly through to the audience, then pulled the next from the bag.
