Is that a clip from Detroit Techno City? I started watching it, haven't finished it yet. I want a portable recorder so badly, nothing as fancy as what he has, but just to be able to punch and kick and hit things. So much sound in the world, it's the bestest freestest thing.

You can get good quality recordings out of any portable recorder, providing it allows mic input and then wack the mic on a boom but yeah its expensive haha.
