bangin track again mate! wouldn't have recognized it as jay z if you hadn't posted that info... haven't heard the song many times though, is it pitched differently than the original?
as for the download, I think it's fair play to remix a track and share it for free. It's when you try to release the track that you get into trouble... I think of it this way... they can ask you to take it down, and thats the worst case scenario. they just don't want you making money directly off of their work... if you're just using it as a promo track, to get people listening to your others that you will be releasing, you should be able to make it downloadable without any troubles.

Yeh I vocoded the "What the hell are you waiting for" bit in the intro and breakdown so those pitches are diff. The "Can I get an" and "Encore" are the original pitches though, just chopped straight out of the acapella.

Thanks for letting me know about remixes and things, I've put stuff up before but I've just been unsure and never looked into it. The soundcloud track has a download option now!
