Wasn't Rick Ross the lead singer of Deacon Blue - reason for hate if reason's required. I prefer to go for the irrational hatred of anything different or similar.

Didn't the BNP have an anglo-greek candidate for a forthcoming election? Good PR move to make them not look racist (although I'm not sure anyone's been convinced by the rebranding)
