the one that says "stay calm" is a mail voice but if i remember correctly there's also a female voice "shouting"
no stretched effect but i guess it is.
fuck, i had it borrowed from somebody but i haven't got it here anymore, otherwise i could verify

Could be the Cotti & Clue Kid remix of Under mi Sensi, but there are 3 remixes lol. If it's the one I'm thinking of the 2nd drop bit with the vocals: "When I bun the best high grade, which is the west high grade...." is stupid. Makes me go off in the dance like nothing else.

I just listened to it on a rinse FM set by N-type (12 Nov) about 38 mins in, it appears it is the cotti and cluekid remix of under mi sensi.
