Well I used to work the Amsterdam Dubstep club circuit on a monthly basis... she looks fucking familiar who knows maybe I've seen her here.

I combine it with taekwondo and ju jitsu and a whole load of running. Soft is what I aim to be , it is what I am working towards.

I dont talk sandscript or whatever.. I just do like my 26 postures.. though that sounds like the deep breathing exercise we do at the beginning to warm ourselves up.. I'll google it.

Breathe control... is what pranayama means, it's the bases of getting the most out of any posture or exercise.. it's second nature.

its more than just breathing carefully. it's a specific an art as the postures.

and no i'm not into yoga (the postures anyway) but my girlfriend teaches it so i get to hear her talk about it constantly.

yeah then I breathe correctly... you should get involved parson. it's good for you. it definitely helps when my ribs have been given a kicking or I've knocked my knee or some shit. Doing an hour and a half of yoga in a 40 degree room twice a week definitely is the one... if you haven't tried it then you really should.
