Digital Mystikz - Neverland
Burial - South London Boroughs
Loefah - Monsoon Remix

That Burial EP was what prompted me to start buying vinyl.

(and before that the Mark One - One Way album - found this mix through his name)
the mark one - one way album is big 8)

Same mix for me, except I really liked the first track, the one which samples the Godzilla theme song. Never came out, did it? Anybody remember the title/producer?

Seems impossible to get a hold of now. If anyone wants to sell/trade this, I'd pay good (but not stupid) money.

Me too! Huge tune.

And whatever happened to that Forever tune by Jason H that Kode 9 went mental about on Rinse? I'm sure it was retitled, I did a search but I can't find anything...

(Sorry to derail the thread a bit)

don't think it was renamed - but Jason H wrote it under the name Calenda. It hasn't come out yet despite loads and loads of people wanting it.

i was into it for a bit but when i heard Neverland on a Grimelock & Marcellus Wallace set in 2005 sometime thats when there was really no turning backoh my god, it just fucking came on in this Menta & Hatcha on Kiss set i'm listening to as i am writing this post...tune is fucking magick i tell you, something deep in it :o

other things that sucked me into the sound were Horsepower - Fist of Fury (and the To The Rescue LP); 2nd release on Destructive with Search & Destroy - Espionage on it; Vex'd LP; Our Sound LP!!!! (Toastyboy - Dibble is just too good really; Toasty - Angel + Take It Personal too; only got into more garagey stuff later really.

EDIT: Never knew Jason H wrote Calenda - shit hot
