For the second edition of our podcast we asked the masterminds behind Bristols Work night, and part of the Crazy Legs collective, Spooks and Shaun Phillips to put us together a mix, which we think really represents some of the sounds coming from Bristol right now.

Spooks & Shaun Phillips Presents: One man loft party

This mix is a definitely a representation of our later sets out. It’s a bit rough around the edges as we did it in one take and it was totally unplanned. It includes some of the biggest tunes of our recent sets, and a couple of old school indulgences thrown in for good measure. We’re pleased with the end result as we both feel it captures the vibe we go for at the more intimate early morning slots we’ve been lucky to have played recently. Hope you enjoy it…
Oh and the name comes from a very silly weekend that’s just passed. Roofs were climbed, hot pants were worn and chimneys were painted. Wonderful.
