Do you feel like you might be spreading yourself too thin? Trying to do too many things at once and cram in as much as possible?

Sometimes I find I start doing things that are totally uncharacteristic like arguing a lot with friends, getting stressed for no reason, letting petty little things wind me up and just generally not acting like myself. At times like this I tend to just need to sit back and just let things happen around me and try and get myself together again. Take a break from going out or charging about trying to get things done and just focus on getting work done and taking time for myself.

If you don't work hard and keep your nose clean, you'll have problems. Not making plans is the biggest mistake. If there's no plan, no organisation or agenda... well... you're f*cked. But yeah get out there and make sure you have a release. If you don't eat right & get at least 1 hour of sweat-exercise-work a day, you're not giving yourself what you need to live healthy.
