They don't take to well to being attractive... I always see a massive moonface mixed with a chow chow when I see Korean women, it don't know why. Plus, the stench of Kim-chi follows them everywhere they go, they're also quite rude.

And I'm not claiming to know the intricacies between N vs S Korea but the fact that they're wearing Western clothing, and their broadcast isn't in black and white shown by reel to reel kind of tells me its not the North. Besides, how can you tell just by looking at them, the divide has only been around since the mid 20th century, surely diet places a factor but I doubt they have grown all that different from their relatives in the South.
