I hate how the people who put up these tracks (this is actually one of the better ones I've seen) assume it's ALL about throwing some dreamy vocals over beats - even if the beat is underwhelming as fuck and doesn't even have any real groove or swing.

Burial himself has said that melodies and vocals are an afterthought to him. He's not setting out to make Enya-sounding stuff like this.
