Those two games were/are the tits. Few games I've played since have matched them in playability and addictiveness.
In fact I kind of gave up on consoles after the N64!
I'd love a take-on! Back in the day I used to be able to complete a bunch of the 00 Agent levels with 10 throwing knives... Doubt I could do it now!
Other classic games for PC -
1. Worms Armageddon! best multiplayer pc game ever.
2. Command and Conquer Red Alert - taaaaannnkk russssshhhhh
3. GTA 1 fuckin awesome
Haven't played these for aaaages. Hope I still have them...

Well now, that's quite a claim. If we played pistols, facility, one hit kills I think you'd find yourself in a world of pain. Any other setting and I'd have no chance, but to be honest everything else is a waste of time.
N64 is the only console I've ever owned, and I only had Mario, Goldeneye, Perfect Dark and the 2 Zeldas. Classics one and all. Can't stand any other console FPS. A joystick is the worst method of aiming a gun every invented, but somehow Goldeneye made it work.

dude. totally true about the joystick. for some reason tho, golden eye was perfect.
i was always a dick tho, with my proximity mines

alls fair in war... Also, its all about Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. that game is probably the best platformer ever. plain n simple... i wish one of these newer consoles would have some platformer that kicked ass like this... its all gotta be 3D these days'es but shit man, if they put all that computing power into a console that was like 10 times the size and scope of Castlevania SOTN, i would be so stoked.
all this bullshit innovation, when they got it right 10 years ago! argh!

never done crack, but i have beat Raiden on one quarter in the arcade once... a crowd formed around me and everything... it was probably the epitome of my geekdom.

you mans need to get on the SMAAAAAAASH BROS tip. N64 or Cube. either game is badman.
seriously. best fighting system developed since SFII.
jedi levels attainable.
mid air weapon catching.
sick environment/physics based combos.
rock hard parries.
move dodging.
seriously, put 2 SMASH jedis together and the matches become poetic.
i got bare love for traditional 2d/3d figthers but smash batters them all.
online Wii version can`t come soon enough.

yeah man, Ganondorf is a smasher. landing his explosive charge drop quick or his down+A air attack are both highly satisfying moments (especially combined with his pose move BWAHAHAHAHA).
still, one of the best things about the game is that just about all the characters are heavy (although pichu is a wastemon).

SACRILIGE! forgetting about that game!
DOUBLE SACRILIGE! using the hammer... surely the most banned of weapons!
baseball bat is all good coz it takes a bit of timing to pull of the*CHING*lick...or failing that just DASH it in man`s face.
true skill weapons=fan, green shell, ray gun, bob-omb.
out to fox on 64 version...but out to FALCO on cube....i will bang up any fox.
