@ Finji/ I dont get this tune? it doesnt really go anywhere. it honestly sounds like some farely well made samples (credit if they are all made by yourself) not too bad a mix down and then thrown together?!? Structure is ok but they are a mish mash of hits and melodies and noises lol.
Keep working on it there are some nice ideas. Need to watch your mids a bit (i have this issue to) bass is a bit non existant on the low/mid front sounds like reasonable sub lows tho.

Might just be your style but not feeling it im afraid, peace and holla wit your next one!!

Thanks for the honest feedback, it was more of an experiment really. Ive been listening to dubstep for so long yet i've never made it, i don't really like most of it. Song does sound kinda weird and cluttered :P

@Whynaughtbeats:I like this track. You got it for download?

@reign:uh, well...dude i honestly don't have much to say other than the usually:Sick Track as usual...let me know when that ones done.

@nibzdub:No worries, i've only been producing for 2 months. I'll tell you first what was told to me:PRODUCTION BIBLE. Next, I would fatten up the Kick. Layer the kick if needed, give a good LOW tone. Layering never hurts. Nice work though man for sure.

@Finji:I Like Sanctity, I had to listen to it twice, second time caught me. Download anywhere?

@Unglory:I Really dig this track a lot. There are just a couple parts where its a tad bit off. But just a few parts here and there. Overall though the track is SICK!!

@DrDeft:SICK. Nuff said.

@willryan042:I'm always a fan of a good day and night remix. Put together well. Props man.

So here's what I changed my newest track...I smoked something VERY tasty and got stuck in the zone for a little bit. Like what i did though...Hope everyone else does too..

Cheers Breadman, you can now download it from the page. I like your tunes, though i don't really like the bass in the second one, first is nice though. What i would say is, put some more hi hats in there, it sounds quite empty between the drums.

Not been on here for a while, but got some free time so thought I'd stop by n check out some tracks and try leave some feedback, listening in headphones, but here it goes:

@Unglory - feeling this tune, got some really nice prcussion going on, keep it up

@Finji - really agree with Noonyez on this, its got a proper fantasy adventure game feel to it, was feeling the vibe of it. Mix sounds ok, maybe a few tweaks on your mids (think someone else mentioned this too), look forward to hearing more man

@Topmo3 - listened to the Broken Buttons tune, not really my cup of tea, but I was feeling certain parts of it, main think I'd comment on is to try spending more time on your synth sounds as sounded like you used a lot of preset sounds. Mix sounds pretty good tho and eveything seemed to sit where it was supposed too, keep it up man

@RatRaceProducing - was proper feeling the intro, but was kind of let down by the drop, think its needs filling out a bit more as sounds quite empty, maybe use some more sounds in the back or beef up your drums to fill it out and add to the impact of the drop, could be a tune tho, just think it needs beefing up a bit more, good tune n hope to hear some more stuff man

@nibzdub - Big Ups if you've only been producing for 3 months! Like someone else said, check out the production bible and there's also quite a few good vids on youtube that will help you out. Liking the main synth sound you've used, think the kick needs more power/fattening up, keep it up man.

@Noonyez - Feeling this tune man, mix sounds pretty tight, but it sounds like there's not much low end (am listening in headphones, but really can't hear much) , mainly hearing mids n highs, good tune tho man, Big ups!

@TheBreadMan - Loving that sample, haha! was wicked, proper feeling it. Mix sounds tight and feeling the drop, maybe it could do with a lead melody to help it flow a bit better? maybe some more hi hats too, overall cool tune

Big Ups! Hope the comments I left for people helps

thanks for your opinion skaven! yeah most people said the kick needs fatteing up. think I'm gonna try and use different kick samples, think I picked them in a rush! now I have a 5000 drum sample pack so I'll play around.
thing is, I only have 50watt speakers so it's kinda hard to get the flatness I need to hear how everything sounds properly! I have a pair of steelseries headphones might use them. what would you say is the best thing to do with wack speakers?

No worries man, yeah just play around with some other kick samples and see, best way to learn is to experiment using different effects and playing around with your eq. Best thing to do with wack speakers? Through them away!!! Na, good tip I found was to find a track you think sounds Bigtime and use it as a reference point and compare what your track sounds like compared to it on your speakers, then you can just adjust your track until you start to get the same punch or warmth that you reference track has. Also try to use frequency analyzers, so you can make sure all of your sounds are hitting the right frquencies and making sure they are not fighting for space in the mix. This should help with your eq'ing and getting your kick to sound fatter

@TheBreadMan - Some interesting sounds going on here, particularly liking the sample you used haha. The second drop is pretty good, i like it. Little things like adding a little reverb on the snare so it doesnt just cut off if you know what i mean and as someone mentioned earlier like adding a few more hats in there so the mixs flows better. Great effort overall though man.

@drdeft - Great intro, love the bass tone you used there. Good use of vocal samples, and the mixdown seems pretty solid. As much as im not a fan of the 'yoi' bass, it doesn't seem too bad here. You implememted it well. Nice work :D

@Reignz - Never fail to impress mate. That kick sounds great! First drop is nice, only thing i could pick out is that one or two of the bass tones sounded a little too distorted. Other than that, i can find little to fault, keep it up!

Had a little break from dubstep so decided to make a DNB track, lemme know what you think:

noizy parka wrote:ez... some good sounds in there, quite slow and lumbering :D

It feels like a mixture of aspects you like, im not a massive fan of the bass you got in there and with the melodys and such would perhaps look to switch that up a bit, the bass feels like a banger bass on a slow tune, would perhaps try and fit it in more

Good work though

I love the melody here, it keeps the track moving! Great work!
