Post by say_whut » Tue Aug 24, 2010 11:40 pm

ditto man. the wobbles, and even the progression really didn't do it for me

I kinda like it, but the hard synth seems atrociously out of place.

I hate to say it (especially because I have massive respect for both producers), but that's what it sounds like

The burial track of the ghost album is sick and reminds me of the old metalheadz or adam f tracks from the early days (pure vibes),I also like the tracks by crazy d and the john connor track by yoof all of which have this film scape tense vibe to them.
how low can you go.

El-B's recent output has been very different to his original stuff and I haven't really enjoyed it.
Same goes for this, it's just not that great... fairly poor burial beat with shit melody over the top. ashame.

Ah, it's not that bad! Beats that absolutely shite Burial/Goldie collab track anyway and better than the tracks he played on the Benji B show. Pretty dark vibe, though it is ruined by the leads/bass I spose.

Burial needs to stop collaborating and start concentrating on his own music again though. I'm sure it's a lot harder for him with regards to the samples he uses now he's a big artist though... probably not a good idea to sample Beyonce anymore

I'm a complete Burialfag and even I don't enjoy this all that much.

You'd think a collab between them 2 would have been on some game changing shit.

Surprised by the reaction! I like it the harsh synths and usual Burial 2 step feel.
