Was it utterly rammed? Sounds like it was too much for DMZ set...
I got there early doors but still missed Benny Ill's set - think he was off by 9pm! It was full on party time by 10pm - think thats when they announced it was full and that they were going to open 3rd Base.

Yes it was a little stoopid rammed for DMZ so as soon as Jah War was over and done with I went back downstairs!

Jah War was what tipped Sheffield / Valve over the edge earlier on...

So who was playing downstairs?

wow, what a birthday!
too many big tunes, my head is still filled with bass

big up to grand, heny g and silkie, the scottish crew shouting 'smack' up on the stage, U Dub (where did you go???) and the 6am lights on crew!

thank you Mala for that beautiful sweet face you made to the security guy at the end and getting that last track on!!!

only shame was getting too wasted to look in on 3rd base...

Oh just remembered. Out to the prepubesent pig that nearly arrested me before i even got there. He was well up for getting his arrest sheet marked up for the month. Fucking wanker was really trying to provoke a reaction from me so he would then have a fucking reason to nab me. He was about 8 years old and i bet that was his first night on the job. :x

Things are coming back to me but, if i spoke to any one can you please make me aware of it coz i seem to have lost a large part of my memory.

oh my days! Too large for words...

happy birthday jak and georgina...hope your gifts got to you safe!

First and foremost out to dmz for pulling this off again...off the hook, simply!

entered when it was still empty inside, guest list Q is a bliss!

Then Dave Q stepped up taking it easy and suddenly he set the dance off with that 'Brooklyn New York' joint, that was the first rewind of the night I believe or the first I noticed..
Then Dubplate Bizniz..who's responsible for this again? Another big tune in Dave's set...out to the US gang..proper soldiers!

Next big surprise for me came from LD from that first switch drop through to all the trickery he murked the dancefloor with style..would love to see this man do a full set one day (gonna happen!)..was it LD that dropped that crazy almost Good Looking esque stepper that had a magnificent cinematic drop with pads coming from everywhere?

The rest of the night was pure skank Pinch & Distance doing it large...pinch on fire with them sounds that got soo minimal you wouldn't believe!

Shifting from upstairs to downstairs for the fitness crew and the stamina crew...out to all eight till sixers...LAAARGE!

Quick words back to people I met:

Walsh, N-type, Dead-o, Tes, metalbox, shonky, the glasgow gang (I think you lot gave benga a proper scare bumrushing him like that), Vicious & Bandit (SLT in the place!), cotti (I don't give a damn...merked!), matty g & nick argon (see other post, dudes!) and the estonian gang recognising me out of that queue! Latvia was classic (want to go over there again soonish!)

out to poax, the host with the most..ruler of the vibezin crew! Stamina Daddy...Same goes for mala..straight up...must have been a long day, but you held it down tight!

Not had any sleep yet and now it's off to Amsterdam...out to the international crew once more...it was simply impossible to meet or speak to everyone in there...plus I'm real bad with faces, so I wouldn't have recognized anyone from on here :D (ask dead-o )

braap! big one! some pics will follow..

fuck yeah. a sea of sweat and sub-bass.

think i entered another dimension when Loefah & Mala went b2b...Jah War, 50,000 Watts & Bury Da Bwoy to name but a few. shame i had to step out before Kode9 came on, but at least it wasn't his beatless set!

I think we all need boomnoise masks! Markle, you gotta post up the template for that. It'll be like being john malkovitch, but boomnoise stylee! Sorry mike....has to be done.
Safe to everyone who bought me a drink, i am the original brassic cat!!
@dice: the goodlooking style tune that L.D dropped is Onsen by me
All about 3rd base vibes for me though, sick!
