those are 3 pretty different synths, but reese + distortion + resampling + frequency splitting is the short answer

The short answer is a modified reese base which you will find plenty tutorials on youtube for.
You could do a cheap trick tho'; 2 osc sine thor, put a nasty base factory preset on it, then a nastier base and tweak it, you will
get a distorted base but no reese base... The reese is pretty overused already should also be said..

you can get a pretty similar sound to the mimosa example by taking a saw wave and throwing an ensemble effect on it... or a chorus if you do not have an ensemble effect. scoop out some mids with eq, split frequencies and distort the mid and high with light overdrive or saturation. stereo spreading the high end can also make for a wide image. it also helps to have your synth programmed to play legato lead/bass parts. you will also want to lowpass filter out some of the high end or perhaps shelf it... thus cleaning up the high end of your track for any hats/perc/glitchiness/ear candy that you want to poke through. mimosa, kastle, and others are really rinsing these types of fuzzed up leads. i for one dig them. of course someone will chime in now about "do your own style"... ;p so experiment with caution.
