Like I said, no one

the only thing that synkro and burial have in common is that they're both garage influenced

but both their music goes so much deeper than that

El-B is your best bet, but the industrial/fumbling/crackly tones and samples Burial uses in his tunes are all his own. There aren't many other artists who can use restraint or simplicity (though he makes up for this in his drums) in the ways Burial does.
