I watched Saw V last night, first time I have seen a Saw film. It was terrible but strangely engrossing... I might start from the end and work my way back.

watch the first 2 maybe 3, then ditch the rest, unless you want to watch it just for the visuals,gore etc. i havnt seen the later ones but ive heard its just the same ish recyled .

It's on Sky Movies, it's very good! Mikkelson is far better in this than he was in Quantum of Solace

Was okay. Good action, but went on a bit too long so I struggled to get through it. On my way to see Scott Pilgrim in an hour.

It was a fun movie. Definitely liked it better than Hot Fuzz. No, I didn't read the comics before watching it. My favourite bits were the weird little one-liners here and there. I also liked the sound fx, like the constant zelda headnod. Definitely a film to watch again cause there's so much packed into it, but will wait for the bluray.

Is there a standup thread? Can't find one so I stuck it in here - watched Aziz Ansari's 'Intimate Moment's for a Sensual Evening'. The best standup I've seen in a while apart from the last 10 minutes when he does his Funny People character, Randy. Didn't like that bit, apart from that was creased up most of the way through.

Originally only watched it for Jake Gyllenhal but it's actually a really good movie!

Mexican horror flick, includes a cursed / haunted road sign amongst other things. It's a really original film with some great moody sets and camera work but the cast can't quite deliver and the ending is truely awful. A great film spoilt by bad actors and a crap finale.

It basically looks like something Hideo Nakata would have done if he had a pile of shit actors!

well creepy, will certainly be having some odd dreams about this one for a few days, thought it was quality though, Jeremy Irons is awesome in it especially as it's a dual role.
