Re: Local oddballs
My village has the "Shouty man", who is normally seen in the local park, with his dog, a litter picking stick and bin liner. Shouting obscene abuse at anyone near a piece of rubbish (including young children), one time this guy i knew was sat down burning grass with his lighter and he came and booted him in the back.

Re: Local oddballs
There's a guy; about 55-60ish, who struts around my dads village in slow motion, sneering at everyone. He's always impeccably dressed like an italian mafia don.. greased back hair, massive mustache, beige/baby blue suit, spats and a cane.
There's also this guy who I've seen walking around burley/armley area who looks EXACTLY like an alien out of one of those autopsy videos.... He's incredibly pale, tall and skinny, looks really young and the only part of his body that isn't covered by clothing is his face which is completely flat. He always has a hood up, pulled tight around his head, which is shaped like a sideways oval.
Then there's the standard Hyde Park zombies.

Re: Local oddballs
This thread is a bit depressing. Makes me want to be a bit more compassionate.
