The thing about dubstep is, i prefer to listen intently and throw some hands to it infront of the speaker, how are you supposed to feel the subby vibes if you're getting knocked left and right by people pitting!

dubstep should be listened to in swamps or quicksand!

I used to mosh at dubstep shows... now I can't f-ing stand it! I think it's just cus' I'm getting old (26 going on 56... )

If kids start moshing in front of me at a show now I just stand my ground and give them a good shove... they will soon learn the error of their ways!

Sort it in the dance don’t sit in front of you computer cock in hand with one eye on chatroulette spouting politics and rules ...
GO DANCING..

If you feel the need to have a little shove and stomp with your pals do it..

If someone tells you to chill out do it, or react in a way you see fit.

If you want to jam next to a speaker nodding you head do it…. just stop moaning.

Interact and enjoy yourself..

I listen to Hardcore Punk, but i wouldn't say it influenced me listening to Dubstep.
Hardcore Punk shows=Have a cheeky 2step, crowd surf, let some anger out.
Dubstep night= bobbing your head, meditating on bass weight as Mala said. ;)

I think metal-core kids realte to it and result in moshing because if you compare a halfstep drop with a break down in metal music, they are sort of similar, the wobble representing the palm mute guitar in metal.

pretty much this. moshing is for guys who want to get closer to each other with no girls about but still want to seem "hard"

lol @ the people saying, "just go out and dance"

we do, trust

but this is an online forum where we discuss what happens on the floor

everyone here talking shit or talks shit at raves about moshing, it seems is either...
1. Gay
2. Queer
3. Huge homophobe..
why? because only Pussies complain about moshing. moshing is the most manly thing you can do. i bet everyone here who doesnt approve was like "ohhh my gawd betty, claire, cindy looket dose guise. dey r soo gey. why dey hittn demselvs? dey so barbaricc n stuff. come onn. were here to like dance n stuff. what happen to PLUR?" to their girlfriends. i mean come on. seriously talking. look at the dudes who go all out at raves. fucking Fruits. with make up and shit, covered in fluffs and rainbow shit...all i got to say about moshing at the dubstep stage is that I approve. it should be done much and Will be done much more. its because the fucking heaviness of the music. not all dudes dance like fucking pussies. we keep our masculinity by ramming other dudes. Its the Dubstep stage. GET OVER IT. if you dont like it. go back to your minimal/house/trance/whatever the fuck other stage and shake your ass or whatever you do. stop bitching.

Dub Pit ftw!
