What a fooking festival!!

by far the best Vibes/location/music at a festival I've ever experienced!!

Stand out sets for me were: DMZ, Kutz, We Are Dubist, Appleblim, Spectrasol, Gentlemens dub club and the very last set of the festival from iration steppas in the rain!

Big up everyone involved in organizing!! See you next year

Just on my way home now. OH MY GOSH! what a week. I honestly couldn't feel luckier to have been involved and I even got the honour of playing a set on that take the piss Mungo's system. Big up to everyone who made it out and to Jonny, Jack, Joe, Simon, Ruth, Nina, Noah, Josh, Giles Chris Ian and Stefwan for soldiering on no matter how many hours needed to be put in, you truly are legendary for the amount of work you put in to this festival.

Didn't get to see that much music but the bits I saw were fookin huge! GDC, Spectrasoul, Ruckspin and Scuba made the week worth it by themselves :)

Finally, thank you to all the press and media that made it down. You were all a pleasure to work with and you made all of our lives much easier by keepin a smile on your face whenever I saw you.

Expect truly great things from next year ;) ;)

Sounds amazing. Next year is probably going to be Sziget but I'm voting Outlook 8)

As so many of us have said "roll/bring on 2011" and "I can't wait for next year", I think someone should make a dubstep orientated winter/ski thing in somewhere like Bulgaria. Something like Snowbombing, but without the FatboySlim cheese! That way we all get our fix of dmz, Plastician, Skream, GDC etc without having to wait 12 months!

Props to anybody/everybody involved.

Massive shouts to Loefah, if the release schedule for Swamp 81 features ANY of the tunes from his set, next year is going to be fucking massive!

Appleblim smashed it, Shackleton smashed it, Synkro and Indigo absolutely killed it. Anyone who saw Chunky MC over any sets should now recognize his talent!

Massive love to all, can't fucking wait til next year.

Also, fuck off Coki on that tune. Just fuck off. Ridiculous.

Nah man, and it was a bold move to play a set like that to a crowd ready and expecting a DMZ classics set, fucking made up that we got both!

I'm planing Snowbombing as my next holiday. Last year they had Sub Focus, Skream, Benga & Breakage.
Yeah mate dubstep's cool. Kinda prefer tech house these days. Gnome sayin'

well. what an absolute belter of a holiday!
perfect weather, really sound mixed crowd, and the venue...partying in a fortress, what more is there to say

some highlights...
all of sub:stance crew, oneman in that crazy ballroom, kryptic minds bringing some seroius weight, loefah (playing in shades-smooth), pinch, and Firehouse Sound bashing out the digi dancehall
sound in the mungos courtyard - that system is a BEAST
gas balloons on the beach
dub pressure djs on the beach, unlikely swinging some garagey beats

a few hiccups -
deep medi boat...one in one out to the dancefloor is NOT the one, queueing up whilst you know theres stuff you want to see on at the fort was well annoying, especially as you cant get off the bloody boat. boyfriend vomming for 4 hours due to seasickness was not the one either
food situation...either 2 hour wait in the restaurant or burger/hotdog/chips for EVERY meal :(
powercuts in mungo's apparently when the genny ran out of fuel..actually this was quite funny espcecially as one was directly after and seemed to be caused by a rewind
katy b on a mission - enough said

overall - epic festival, slick organisation, top notch team behind it all. i've been every year and after each one we've said let's not go to croatia again, lets go somewhere different on holiday. but it's soo good it's impossible to miss. see you in 2011 8)

Were you there Saturday when someone decided to get married there!? Fucking random. And then on Sunday, they shut @ 6pm, despite there being 4000 odd people wanting to eat, and one restaurant lol.

The wedding got booked in March, we weren't told about it until the day before it happened!

Apparantly when the Croatians who were getting married found out that there would be a music festival taking place right next to their wedding they were totally shocked and thought about moving it from the restaurant. I suggested that we turn our beach party music down or at least buy them some sort of wedding present but it all seemed to turn out nicely, we had a good time, they had a good time and we had no complaints. Thanks to everyone for being respectful and not taking the piss.

Restaurant food was well nice...just the service was total shite. They were mega rude.

Nice to meet a lot of Belgian headz :t:

Worst point for me: the waste left by a large majority of campsite people, still looked like Glastonbury, even yesterday morning....
I saw some Croatian childs + campsite workers packing mint and expensive tents and all the content of it........ an E-Bay sale will fetch a huge packet of money imo...
So please educate yourself and keep such a nice place tidy

Not sure the campsite managers will allow such a battlefield next year, too bad cause the location was amazing :!: :!: :!:
i think most ppl would of respected it more and picked up there littler but the fact is, there was barely a bin in sight on the campsite what so ever! apart from that, and the dust which im still ill from this was the best time of my life im defo comming back nxt year
