The thing is is that the attitude results in shitty music.

I mean when people are in that mind set they make shitty brainless tracks that aren't even filthy.
that's what I was getting at

JESUSSSSSSS, where to start??

1) Don't shout about ripping discographies, it's low, esp. for smaller genres/ artists/ scenes.

2) your ripping the producers my pirating all their music and not subsiding them in any form. The record labels, distributors and all the other people involved are getting cheated too, the whole circle.

3) I thought your soundcloud was track you had made, rather than mixes any prick could do on traktor/ VDJ first time, with no track listing and such.
Put them on mixcloud, a track solely for mixes.

4) no i'm not clueless, i run my own fucking forum and i'm setting up an online music retailer for launch in 2011, i know how it runs, but it's idiots like you who just subvert the whole system, your not supporting these artists you like, it's just greed.

5) I bet you don't listen to 80% of the music you rip, because it's all so disposable to you. When you buy music, you have to hand pick it, you build up a collection of your own, it resonates your own personality, theres a magic about it all.

6) Theres plenty of people who have done far better mixes than yours long ago, Inspector Dubplate Friday Filth and so on, if you've not heard of them then it's you whole 'still (has) barely even scratch(ed) the surface, dickwad"

Peace up, prick.

Yet again your dribbling on your own assumptions am disabled and can't work nore do I collect disability so am dead broke ofcourse i'd buy a 320kb track most of the warez stuff is hardly acceptable quality..

How am I cheating them if i'm not making any profit other than letting a few filth heads listen to what "I" like? AGAIN i'm not in it to produce or become something that would warrant legal ownership just mixing music for my own personal listening pleasure that will never produce any revenue..

I listen to everything I download but I go thru it fast instead of wasting my time listening to stuff I don't like in hopes of catching a raw filthy beat I can loop or a dope filthy track I can add to my mix I havn't come by ANY mixes that I like accept for skream and even then it was only a few tracks in the mix that was done to my liking

Your clueless to think am making this soundcloud thing to get somewhere in this biz your gripe seems to be coming from your ventures ofcourse you see it as evil so i'll leave there prickasaures oh and tits or gtfo kthxboobs

Yeah, well I was wondering if you just meant that you hated the way the people are. Which is true. There's a lot of idiots into it. Glad you think the same that filth is alight if it's not made by stupid massive arseholes who are trying too hard and missing the point.

I see it as black metal, as I used to be a fan.

Burial/DMZ/Vex'd/Loefah/Silkie are the old Darkthrone, Emperor, Mayhem, Profanatica

all that rottun recordings/filthy shit is Dimmu Borgir, Cradle of Filth, etc.

lolol
This is easily the best post in this thread. Couldn't agree more. I still listen to Death and Black metal, as well as Industrial and Noise and this 'filth' stuff is generally boring as hell. If anything a lack of creativity is ruining the 'scene'.

On topic

Just face it FILTH IS DUBSTEP it's what catches alot of peoples attention and lures them to the music in the first place atleast it did for me and many people i've seen listen to it for the first time.. The weird filthy wobble beats at it's core makes them lose focus and feel euphoric making the scene explode faster than any other.

Atleast in the U.S it's like that for the most part.. I know the UK and Europes had Dubstep for a long time now and it does eventually get old after a while unless people keep listening to new fresh tracks that produces that wow factor and keeps there insterest fresh.

I too have an addiction to filth.

I feel as if dubstep kinda took over my life. with its filth. for me personaly unless im wiping the dirt and grime off myslef after listing to a song; it is not all appealing to me.

I mean go for it everyone else. im not saying its not good music. I just need a double dose of dubstep which is a filthy filthy fetish.

hahahahahahahaha

Also, i dont belive it is running the scene. Where I am it sure is but other than that I would say not. The grime and filthy dirty shit that comes out of santa cruz is almost fucked up how insane and compelling to dance to it is.

Ragetastic!!
