Yeah.. They stimulate pressure points on the palm which are linked with relaxation and there's accupuncture meridians on the palm of the hand connected to the heart and lungs too.. Supposedly they're good for reflexology and improving blood circulation too

I don't know if any of it is true, but they've made me feel better :)

would love to have done that. so you're 16? hopefully i can go on a course once i'm done with a levels, will have to wait 2 years though :(

I did that.

Now I'm at uni doing a degree in the subject. Pretty sweet.
